Scopex Spice

This is a 50% red fishmeal / 50% birdfood base mix, to give the attraction and food content from the oily fishmeal and the digestibility of the birdfoods. This bait can be used all year round, in fact the first testing i did with the bait was on a partly frozen lake, where i caught 2 fish and all other around the lake blanked. This new bait was given to a few close friends to test out, one had fish of 29, 31, 39.12 and 41.04 in 4 weekend on a notoriously difficult water. Another group managed to catch the 3 largest residents twice each on the bait from a syndicate in Hampshire, known to be a head banger of a lake. I myself managed to catch 13 fish from a lake that only produced 18 fish all season. So as you can see, the classic flavour combination of fishmeal and scopex, along with a few added tweaks, such as ground black pepper, have produced a great new addition to the PGB range.
